Nothing feels comfortable on Day 1.
With consistency, strength builds, balance improves & the body starts understanding the movement.

At the end, it’s all about practice!!

People often ask me, “How are you able to do crow pose, handstands, smooth transitions and all these variations so easily?”

And I always tell them the same thing — it did not happen overnight. It can take 1 year, sometimes even a couple of years. But the real secret is consistency.

If you stay consistent with your practice, your body will eventually respond.
And who knows? Maybe the thing that took me 1 year to achieve, you might achieve in just 6 months.

But for that, you need to show up every single day.
Not just once. Not just twice.
Practice that one pose 50 times if needed.

Because progress in yoga is not about talent.
It’s about repetition, patience, discipline, and consistency. ✨
