12th World chess champion Anatoly Karpov ,known for his tremendous positional understanding Karpov kills u slowly but surely .Crowned as world champion after Bobby Fischer refused to defend his title in 1975 he held the title till 1985 dethroned by Garry Kasparov.

Inter year chess tournament begins in round robin format with first year vs final year. First year won their matches on 2nd and 3rd board while final year on 1st and 4th boards,it was a tie.
