HOW TO GET STARTED WITH AN EXERCISE ROUTINE๐ช๐คธโโ๏ธ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐ช

sometimes not knowing where to start , can be the start of many excuses, but we have faith that with our tips below, we can get u a healthier place .
We know that there is a natural progression with exercise,if u exercise 5days consecutively the following week you will be naturally be able to want to do more ๐ช
GET START WITH AN EXERCISE ROUTINE WITH OUR THREE TIPS๐
1- FIND SOMETHING U LIKE-
Try walking ๐ถโโ๏ธ running ๐โโ๏ธ weight lifting ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ Zumba , cardio . Find a few you like ,knowing you like it will give you more incentive to actually do it .
2- START SLOW-
Pace yourself ,and donโt compare yourself to others,start with 2-3 weeks of consistent exercise , and working out will become a part of your life ! Also donโt feel like you have to lift that heavy weight just because the guy next to u did.
3- JUST DO IT -
There will be days that you donโt want to do anything .(and we get it )but you need to pick yourself and go,15 minutes of walking is better than 15 minutes of sitting .
When exercise is fun and planned , it will get done ๐ช
