Take your conditioning to the next level with this 30 minute kickboxing exercise. Start a timer. Perform the prescribed reps of the first exercise. If is takes you let’s say 20 seconds, then you will have 40 seconds to rest before the next minute starts. Ones the next minute hits, do the prescribed reps of the next exercise. Rest the reminder of that minute. Cycle through these 3 exercises in this format for 30 minutes!💯

💥 Resistance Band Pull-up 💥

Here’s an amazing Exersice to build explosive pulling power. The bands provide an accommodation resistance that is less at the bottom and greater at the top which forces you to pull fast and explosively to complete the rep. It also requires you to slowly lower yourself on the way down which will increase your strength and body control.!
