The year 2026 begins on a proud note for the Sports Academy of Sualkuchi (SAS)!
At the ABVP Athletics Meet 2026, our athletes delivered outstanding category-wise performances, earning multiple medals and bringing home the Best Player Team title....

Category-wise Achievements:
✨ Under 16–17 Boys: Deep Das – 100m (11.36 sec)
✨ Under 18–20 Boys: Partha pratim Bayan – 100m (11.62 sec)
✨ Under 12–13 Boys: Hriday raj Kumar – 50m (7.00 sec)
✨ Under 14–15 Girls: Angita Boro – 60m (8.44 sec)
✨ Under 18–20 Girls: Nandita Kalita – 100m (13.21 sec)
✨ Under 12–13 Girls: Rimpi Ahmed – 50m (7.22 sec)

Our academy athlete Dimpi Medhi proudly represented Gauhati University in the 200 meters event at the
85th All India Inter-University Athletics Championship 2025–26.Organized by:
Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore
& Alva’s Education Foundation (R.), Moodubidire 2026. Venue: Swaraj Maidan, Moodubidire
This championship is one of the biggest and most prestigious university-level athletics events in India, bringing together top universities and elite athletes from across the nation.
Dimpi’s participation at this national platform is a moment of immense pride for our academy and a true reflection of hard work, discipline, and consistent training.

We are extremely proud to announce that our academy emerged as the Best Team trophy at the Kamrup District Inter Club–Inter Institution Athletics Meet, organized by ABVP KAMRUP DISTRICT at Bamundi.
Our athletes delivered an outstanding performance with a total medal haul of:
🥇 28 Gold Medals
🥈 19 Silver Medals
🥉 14 Bronze Medals
