Hello folks, Here are couple of pictures of today's morning batch of our 1st WORKOUT OF YOUR CHOICE CHALLENGE. Here comes a Core Physique Record Breaker: Her name is Rita Singh. She broke our gym's plank position record at 7 minutes & 10 seconds.

The number may seem to be very low as per world's plank position record but for our team at Core Physique it is an achievement. She is the only female in our gym who could hold plank position in the correct posture for this long.

We are very proud of you Ms. Rita. WAY TO GO!
