Comment "FAT LOSS" and I'll send you a free Nutrition & Fat Loss Guide.

One of the biggest misconceptions in fitness is that a single exercise can magically burn fat.
The reality is that fat loss happens when you're consistently in a calorie deficit—burning more calories than you consume over time.
The exercises rated in this video are based on how many calories they can potentially burn per minute.

But remember:
The best exercise for fat loss isn't always the one that burns the most calories.
It's the one you can perform consistently, recover from, and sustain long term.
Fat loss is a combination of:
• Nutrition
• Daily Activity
• Strength Training
• Cardio & Conditioning
• Sleep & Recovery

Use these exercises as tools to increase your energy expenditure, but don't forget that your nutrition will always play the biggest role in creating a calorie deficit.
Focus on building habits, not shortcuts.
That's how sustainable fat loss happens.

Comment "BACK PAIN" and I'll send you my free Lower Back Pain Guide.

Lower back pain has become so common that most people think it's normal.
It isn't.
One of the biggest mistakes people make is confusing pain with injury.
In many cases, the lower back isn't damaged—it's simply not prepared for the demands you're placing on it.
Even if you've been told you have disc dehydration, disc desiccation, or a disc bulge, complete rest is rarely the long-term solution.

After the initial recovery phase, your back needs something most people avoid:
Movement and strength.
The spine is designed to move.
The muscles around it are designed to support it.
And when those muscles become stronger, more mobile, and more resilient, everyday activities become much easier.

The exercises shown in this video are some of the movements I regularly use to improve spinal health, strengthen the surrounding muscles, and build confidence in movement again.

Remember:
A weak back isn't fixed by avoiding movement forever.
It's improved by gradually exposing it to the right movement and the right amount of strength training.
Take care of your back before pain forces you to.

In 2023, I was diagnosed with psoriasis.
At first, I was only focused on treating my skin.

But over time, I realized that my journey was about much more than that.

For me, the biggest changes came from:
• Managing stress better
• Improving my nutrition and gut health
• Training consistently
• Learning new skills and staying active
• Practicing gratitude and self-awareness
• Developing a healthier relationship with life

I'm not claiming that these things cure psoriasis.
I'm simply sharing what helped me navigate my own experience and improve my overall well-being.
Sometimes the biggest transformation doesn't happen when you find the perfect solution.
It happens when you start understanding yourself better.

Comment "CORE" and I'll send you a free guide to build a stronger core.

Not all core exercises are created equal.
Some build endurance. Some build strength. Some build control.

And some simply look impressive.
As a coach, one of the most common questions I get is:
"Which core exercises should I actually be doing?"
The answer depends on your goal.
If you want a strong, functional core, don't just chase the burn.

Focus on exercises that improve:
• Core Stability
• Compression Strength
• Anti-Rotation Strength
• Body Control
• Force Transfer

A strong core isn't just about visible abs.
It's about creating a stable foundation for every movement—whether that's a pull-up, handstand, squat, sprint, or simply moving better in everyday life.

Comment "PULL-UP" and I'll send you the FREE Pull-Up Progression Blueprint.

Most people think getting stronger means doing more pull-ups.
But real strength isn't measured by reps alone.
It's measured by how much control you have throughout the movement.
If you're swinging, shrugging your shoulders, kicking your legs, or relying on momentum, you're making the exercise easier—not necessarily making yourself stronger.
A strong pull-up starts long before your chin reaches the bar.

Focus on these fundamentals:

• Scapular Control
• Lat Engagement
• Core Stability

Start with scapular pulls to learn how to control your shoulders.
Build strength with slow negatives to improve pulling strength through the full range.
Then use resistance bands to practice the complete movement pattern while maintaining proper technique.
