Nobody tells you how hard life gets before it gets better.
In June 2024, I was 102kg.
New job role.
A business to run.
And a wife who was expecting our baby.
I had every reason to let myself go.
Instead, I made a decision that changed everything.
Not a crash diet.
Not a 2-hour gym grind.
Not some magic fat loss trick I found at 2am.
Just structure.
From June to November 2024 — I dropped 19kg of pure fat.
While working full time.
While running an online fitness business.
While showing up every single day for my wife during her pregnancy.
Here’s what nobody wants to hear:
You don’t have a motivation problem.
You don’t have a willpower problem.
You don’t even have a diet problem.
You have a structure problem.
The moment I built a system around my life — not against it — everything clicked.
No more guessing what to eat.
No more “I’ll start Monday.”
