Jana's Zumba Zumba is a great way of keeping yourself fit and have fun while dancing! Hi, Im Jana Malik and I love teaching Zumba class. It's easy!

The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! Come join me and youll see what I mean. You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. Check out my class schedule to find a location you like and contact me to make a booking. I´m a Certified teacher of Zumba and Zumbatomic (for kids)

Hello all Zumba dancers!!! I have a beautiful news to share with you all..... I'm expecting my second baby which is due February next year. Due to this reason I'm staying a bit longer in Europe and shall be back on 4th of September. If my condition will allow me I'd like to continue with some of the zumba classes. Will keep you inform.... Jana

What is Salsa and where it comes from?
Salsa dance movements originate from the Cuban Son dancing of the 1940s more specifically through the beat of Son Montuno with strong influences from the dance of Danzon, Mambo, Guaguanco and other Afro-Cuban folkloric dancing.
Today there are many various styles of salsa dancing because of geographical dispersion and cultural syncretism. The most well-known styles are Cali-style (from Colombia), Cuban-style ("Casino"), LA-style, New York-style, and Puerto Rican-style.
