- Make protein consumption a mandated part of your dietary routine⁣
- Prioritise whole food consumption⁣
- Limit processed food consumption⁣

And yes you can have these foods occasionally even if you are dieting⁣
The only drawback is these are calorie dense and nutritious less food sources which might affect your eating pattern, hunger and overall health⁣

I took a short break from training for 15 days for some rest and got back 3 days back⁣

Here are the top 5 misconceptions breakdown you must know about taking a break from training-⁣

1- You will end up gaining all the lost weight back -- Not possible if you are controlling your calorie intake and weight fluctuation would be mainly water weight⁣
2- You will start losing muscles -- Muscle loss starts when you leave protein intake and training for straight 30-60 days⁣
3- You will lose all your strength -- If the break is for not more than 2-4 weeks then it will take you 3-6 training sessions to regain the strength back⁣
4- Fat loss will be slow -- No, it won’t be slow and you simply need to restart from where you left off⁣
5- How much weight to lift in the gym -- Lift 20-30% lesser weight from where you left and increase it slowly to higher side⁣. Hope this helps!

Look for quick workout sessions of 10-20-30 minutes drills with a mix of HIIT, Drills, Bodyweight workout⁣

Not only it will help you in losing body fat but will also improve your cognitive performance, and energy levels while increasing productivity⁣

It’s a magic wand to prevent any joint and muscle-related problems like fractures, back pain and poor mobility⁣
