I would like to call this video - The one where my lower body does yoga and the upper body makes an occasional appearance. 😐🙃

Please don't ask me where or how I've picked up such magnificent framing and video making skills, I'll just say it comes from keenly observing my many talented friends. 🎥📸

This video is from almost ten days ago - I'm currently recuperating from a bad bout of viral, so safe to say my body is getting stiffer by the minute and I'm not happy about it. I'm in a mood.

Feeling deeply identified by the body, but such is how it is my friends. 😒

I'm going to be woke and mature about it eventually, but today is not that day. Today I sulk. 😐😅
So, I implore you , please let me sulk in peace and do not come at me with articles about awareness, attachment and distance from the self. 🙃🙏🏼

When you fall on your bum, but it's not a bad thing 🙃
My Lolasana is a little rusty, haven't been doing Yogasanas for some weeks, but got me to commit to doing it everyday for the next 21 days. 😊🙌🏻
This is from Day 2, which was when the body felt it's most sore from not having done certain asanas for a while! 😅
Slowly and steadily enjoying getting regular at this deep practice 🙌🏻🙏🏼🌸 Don't emulate/copy - this isn't a demo and my practice is far from perfect 😅 Also, these practices need to learnt as live processes from a trained teacher, not online or through Instagram posts!🙂🙏🏼🌸

I had taken online yoga classes for two batches of kids in August - September last year and the kids were the most beautiful highlight of 2020 for me!

It is very important that the spine is exercised. Otherwise it will become rigid and useless. If you do not exercise it, your ability to experience life decreases dramatically.
