There is no better trainer for you than your own body, it will tell exactly how much you need to workout, which exercise is best for you, how many sets, how many Reps, what Rep range, how far you need to stretch and how hard to squeeze, what kind of training method suits you, how often shud you workout, what days to step back and what day to go balls to the walls, which diet works for you, which food suits you, how much to eat, at what time, on what kind of supplements you produce maxi results.
Stop the outside noise, close your eyes feel what your body is trying to tell you, listen to it.
What's hurting you and may cause injury, everything you need to know your body will tell,
A certain program says to do something doesn't necessarily means it is meant for you.
Bodybuilding and fitness is a subjective sport.
What works for me doesn't means it will work for you too.
Have vision, exact clear vision of how you wanna look like as an end product, and think about it with every rep.
