Heavy p**p = better mood

I think everyone would agree to this, you feel better if the bowel movement is smooth and complete. And for that you don't need to depend on just drinking hot water in the morning.

Hot water is definitely helpful but it is just a way to create pressure. The way movement happens in the small and large intestine is though the things that you eat and drink.

Having a good microbiome is important and that's why pro/pre biotics are important.

The microbiome feeds on the fibre and carbohydrates so eat whole foods, oats, wheat, barley.

Strength X Flexibility game

There is a common question of what will happen to my flexibility once i start lifting weights. And the answer is it depends on the training style. Yesterday I was using the pull-up assist bench for PNF pegion stretch and the hips feels very free even after doing many squats and leg extensions. Find your training style which suits you the best.

Exercises shown:
1. Explosive pushups
2. Lateral raises
3. Isolation spine extension
4. Explosive squats
5. Hips internal rotation
6. Explosive hip thrust
7. Dynamic skandasana
8. Incline biceps curl
