We can all sit and dream about the beautiful life we are meant to live, we can think about it as much as we want🤔, but nothing will really change until we decide to show up everyday and make consistent efforts towards our dreams. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Easier said than done.

Showing up isn’t easy🤷🏼‍♀️, I know.

But so isn’t living your current reality, day dreaming about the life you “could” live. 🫠

Both are really hard, choose your hard.✨🌻

Everyone I know has been through a phase like this, where they felt like an imposter, as if they didn’t really know anything they were doing🤷🏼‍♀️, but the truth was far away from this🌻

These little voices in your head cannot be trusted🫠, what should be trusted is your capability, your will power and your dedication✨🌈

I know fighting these voices isn’t easy, but you have to try, every single day, answer back to the voice that says “you aren’t enough”!

You have to believe in yourself and you have to show up as your best version❤️

You may think, what’s new about this? 🤔
Everyone suffers from stress sometimes and everyone deals with it in their own way. 🤷🏼‍♀️

However, just because something is normal, doesn’t mean it’s okay. 🫢

You might not have thought about it this way, but stress can have far worse effects on our health. 😰

From gut issues to headaches to even severe depression and anxiety.
Stress can be a root cause for a number of our troubles.

When we ignore this, we get stuck in a vicous cycle of stress and health issues. ♾️

Because more issues leads to more stress and vice-versa.

Try doing an analysis of your health issues 🧘‍♀️and how many of them manifested because of stress.
