The High Performance Sports and Rehabilitation Centre, Jorhat is organising a three-day on-field duty programme from 7th to 9th November 2025 at the Golaghat Tennis Club. The programme is primarily designed to optimise athlete assessment and training, while ensuring adequate recovery between high-intensity testing protocols.

On the eve of the opening day, experts and trainers from the centre were seen interacting with the players, providing valuable inputs and guidance aimed at enhancing their performance, technique, and overall physical preparedness. The session marked a productive beginning to the three-day programme, setting a positive tone for the activities ahead.👆

We are pleased to inform you that the AITA CS 7 National Level Tennis Tournament for boys and girls under 12 years, conducted under the aegis of the All India Tennis Association (AITA), concluded successfully today, 31st July 2025, at the Golaghat Tennis Club, Assam.

The tournament witnessed spirited participation and high-level performance from budding tennis talents mostly across the state. The final results are as follows:

Boys’ Singles (Under 12):
A***n Bharali (Golaghat, Assam) defeated Anirban Deka (Guwahati, Assam) in a tough contest: 4-6, 6-2, 6-4

Girls’ Singles (Under 12):
Kristi Haloi (NRL, Assam) beat Ayushree Nath (Golaghat, Assam): 6-1, 6-1

Boys’ Doubles (Under 12):
A***n Bharali & Anirban Deka (Assam) defeated Dhanush Mahanta & Ayaan Rahman (Assam): 6-3, 6-1

Girls’ Doubles (Under 12):
Kristi Haloi & Ayushree Nath (Assam) beat Riya Boro & Barlin Naz Ahmed (Assam): 6-1, 6-1

We are proud to announce Double Crowns for both A***n Bharali (Boys category) and Kristi Haloi (Girls category), each winning both Singles and Doubles titles in their respective divisions.
