India’s FIRST AND ONLY open-air beach gym “Muscle N Beach” at Baga, North Goa, located just walking distance from the Arabian Sea. The gym is founded by Bollywood celebrity actor Sahil Khan from the cult film “Style” who is also the Brand Ambassador of the ‘Mumbai Bodybuilding Association AND Indian Fitness & Sports Carnival, New Delhi. He has also been awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by the
‘International Federation of Body Building & Fitness (IFBB)’, for his immense contribution to promoting bodybuilding and fitness amongst the Indian youth through Indian Cinema. Also, co-founded by Dennis Shivani, who owns a Nutraceutical company in USA has tremendous entrepreneurial skills and has a vision to take the unique concept globally. With India’s FIRST unique open-air beach gym concept, Sahil Khan wanted to create a Revolution by using the Goa beach as a fresh setting. He feels that training outside is a very spiritual feeling especially first thing in the morning when it’s just you, the sun, the sand and the Arabian Sea. The MUSCLE N BEACH gym aims to encourage more people to get active while enjoying their holidays. It is a great attraction for residents as well as tourists.
