करीब चार किलोमीटर की बाधा दौड़, 12 से अधिक रुकावटें, हाई जंप, लाॅन्ग जंप, जाल पकड़कर लटकना और एक खंबे से लटकी रस्सी को पकड़कर दूर तक पहुंचना, इसके साथ ही एक खंबे पर रस्सी की गांठ के सहारे उपर तक पहुंचकर घंटी बजाकर नीचे उतरना

एक बहुत ही व्यस्त जीवन में जहां अपने परिजनों से बात करने, उनके साथ मस्ती करने के लिए ही समय नहीं मिल पाता, रोजाना एक्सरसाइज करने के लिए समय निकालना बहुत ही मुश्किल है...........एक स्टार्टर के रूप् में हम आपको आमंत्रित करते हैं मैडरेस में.......यहां आपको एक दिन मस्ती करने का पूरा मौका मिलेगा........करीब चार किलोमीटर की बाधा दौड़ में 12 बाधाएं पार करना है...........अगर आप सारी बाधाओं को पार कर गए तो बहुत बढि़या, वरना आप कीचड़ में नहा जाएंगे.......................यकीन मानिए, यह एक बार का अनुभव आपको इतनी मस्ती देगा कि आप बार-बार इस तरह की रेस में शामिल होना चाहेंगे

An absolutely amazing experience!! you will Love it!! 12 gruelling challenges, which will test u every step of the way!! The best part about this will be the spirit of togetherness it will instill in all the participants. Whether you knew each other or not, you will help one another all throughout the race. A couple of improvements the MR team will incorporate in our upcoming events is -will keep more water stations across the race track ; and will have more volunteers at each obstacle to help in guiding the participants. believe us it will be a great experience!
