10 years ago i was super thin. i decided that i wanted to live a healthier lifestyle so i went to the gym.
This fitness journey was not easy.i had to move.i had to sweat.at times i felt i was gonna die but i did not quit and Today is my 10 year workout anniversary and I'm feeling damn proud of myself.

They can be used to develop grip strength to improve other exercises such as dead lifts and functional strength gained translates to improving sports performance πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ.

Pulls ups are a compound unsupported movement to target your lattissimus dorsi, teres major, rhomboids, lavaetor scapulae, elbow flexor group and many other joints as the joint action is frontal shoulder adduction, my personal favourite is to add on some resistance using a belt so that the repetitions come down to 8 or below.....
