After losing 1st league match, it was do or die match for Team ICC to remain in hunt for Quater Final. As expected our lucky charm Himanshu Yadav won the toss and we decided to bat first.

Ajay ( Narendra ) and Ajay Thy came to open the innings for Team ICC , Start was very good as Ajay ( Narendra) hammers the openning bowlers of Team Crounching tigers all round the ground, but after quick start Our team Lose 3 wicket in quick succesion. Then Cames our very experienced duo of Sukiwinder Pajji and Neeraj bhai , they both batted very steadly and after the partnership of 50 Runs, Neeraj bhai loses his wicket after scoring Good sensible knock of 31 runs . Then cames our one of the most Technically sound batsman and best allround of our team Mr Captain Sumit Upadhayay , within no time he smashes all bowler all around the ground and Scored Quick fire half century in just 20 balls , and with some usefull contribution from down order we scored 187 runs in 20 overs. Sukhi Paji make brialliant 26 runs.
187 looks par score for the bowling unit ICC is having but some quick runs from oppositon top order match looks 50:50 in favour of both teams after completion of 10 overs, but very soon when our Quality Spinners Himannshu Yadav and Kumar Abhishek take charge the oppositon batsman surenderd, and at the last our Depth bowling specialist Vipul finish the procedings, and ICC won the match With 65 runs.

"Saturday Blast" (25 th Jun)

Today we played our first 25 over match . Everybody was excited about this , as everybody was not getting enough oppurtunity to bat regularly.
We won the toss after very long time and choose batting.
Not a ideal start for our team as both openner fell without troubling the scorer, then came our dependaple batsman Neeraj and Sumit ( Captain), after scoring some nice shots both fell to some loose shots.
After scoring 4 quick wickets our team was in very bad positon, then captain gives responsibility to Vishal and Ajay Thy , both played sensibely but again after scoring quickfire 20 runs Ajay Thy gives his wicket while trying to score on good length bowl.
Now all respinsibilty comes on Vishal shoulders , and he performs according to situation and Scored brialliant 57* and with some small -small useful partnership with lower order batsman we scored 148 in 20 overs ( this match was of 25 overs)
The target we set for oppositon was not big but our captain has full faith on our strong bowling unit.
Lalit starts the proceeding with maiden wicket over. Oppositon tried very hard to score runs but very good economical spell from Ajay and Nitin and Lalit has denied them.
Then cames our Spin Twin Amit and Himanshu Yadav , Both bowled very tide length and take wickets at regular interval to break oppostion top and middle order .
And At the last Abhishek by bowled very good 2 overs and take 3 wickets to finish the proceeding.
Oppositon was allout for 84 runs and we win by 74 runs.

Practice Match!!

🏏🏏ICC vs Weakend Cricket Club🏏🏏

As we know this is practice Match , Our team Captain has decided to give oppurtunity to each memeber of squad.
We unfortunetly lost the toss and have to field first.

Our team swings master Ajay ( Narendra) and Nitin Bowled some tidey openinng spell and restrained opponents to score runs freely, During openning spell Nitin Kumar bowed a classy inswinger to dismiss oppositon opener.
Then came our new bowling sensation Shubh Sexena along with our reliable allrounder Vishal Kapoor , both bowled very economical and fearsome bowling spell, Shubh terrified oppositon with his fast and bouncy bowling. Both got 3 wicket Each.
Ansh Saxena and Abhishek bhai also bowled tidey spell, Abhsihek bhai was unlucky today as 3-4 catches dropped in his bowling.

Oppositon was allout for 106.

Then came our batting and we thought that it will be easy task for our batsman chase such a small total , but wickets at regular inteval make this small chase little difficult.
At the last some usefull batting Contribution from Chetan , Ajay thy, Vishal and the some quick fire from Shubh and Ansh we chased the total in under 12 over.

Also i would like to thanks our Captain Sumit who is doing very well as captain. He didn"t bat and bowl in last 2 matches, giving oppurtunity to everybody and keep winning is the Moto he is Following. We are so blessed to have captain like him.

Congrates to every body , it was our 50th match and winning makes it quite special.

"The Survivor Series Cricket Tournament"

Congratulations to team ICC to cleared the first hurdle at YCG,
As an experiment today we saw our two new openers Himanshu Yadav and Abhishek Kumar with 40+ Runs partnership on a difficult wicket… excellent efforts Guys 👏🏻👏🏻

Then came our regular opener Ajay ( Narender Patwal) at middle along with Aksh*t Saxsena Aka our Dinesh Karthik, a finisher for Team ICC 🙂 and played 2 crucial innings 75 runs partnership and set a par total 150 Runs on a difficult batting track👏🏻👏🏻

The bowling saw Rajan Rai ( Fast bowler) first time today with new ball with Nitin Kumar ( Swing bowling specialist ) were unplayable today and picked 1 wicket each during power play with a maiden over by Rajan 👏🏻 excellent spell….

Our spinners Himanshu Yadav, Amit Sharma ,Himansu Sekhar put huge pressure on opponent batting and picked total 6 wicket together , great efforts guys 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Today we saw one of the best catch at mid wicket by Himansu Sekhar, that remind us a great one hand catch taken by Ben Stroke (England team captain) during 2019 world cup 😊
