AASHAA BORA FOUNDATION in association with North East Automotive Training & Research Institute (NEATRI) has proposed to organize a Women Car Rally at Guwahati Title 1st Guwahati Women's Car Rally on 9th February 2014. The objective of this propose Rally is to improve driving standard & promote driver education specific to women keeping in mind the traffic safety rules & empowering and motivating women to become model drivers.
