Our Champion. Our Pride. Now, Team India! 🇮🇳

A historic and incredibly proud moment for Rugby Gujarat as Namrata has been selected to represent TEAM INDIA 🇮🇳 at the Asia Rugby Emirates U-18 Sevens 2026, to be held on 5–6 September in Qingdao, China.

🌟 Namrata becomes the FIRST rugby player from Gujarat to represent India! 🌟

From representing Gujarat on the national stage to earning the India jersey, her journey is a milestone not only for her, but for the entire rugby community of Gujarat.

Years of hard work, discipline, dedication and determination have brought her to this proud moment. Today, she has opened a new pathway and shown every young rugby player in Gujarat that the India jersey is within reach. 🇮🇳
