How do you keep yourself Calm, Cool and Happy ?

Here are my top favourite resources:

πŸ“¦ Box Breathing : It calms and regulates our autonomic nervous system.

πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Body Scan: This relieves tension by bringing mindfulness to the body.

πŸ“– Journaling: Helps us better understand our thoughts and self talk patterns.

β˜€οΈ Sun + Nature : Boosts Vitamin D , wakes up the body and helps with seasonal anxiety.

✌️ Mindfulness : Bringing the mind to be in the present moment.

A calm mind is an ultimate weapon against all challenges. Keeping ourself calm and cool is our responsibility not others.

5 books that changed my life.

Some books leaves a deep lasting impact. They shift our perspective and outlook for life. Some of my reads that I always cherish are:

1. Power of the subconscious mind by Joseph Murphy.

2. The seven spiritual laws of success by Deepak Chopra

3. As a Man Thinketh by James Allen

4. A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle

5. Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda

The approach that always work for me is my intention to read is to Reflect and Assimilate and not to finish a book. Give time for the learnings to sync in. Go slow.

No one deibrately feels inferior, it happens unconsciously!

Comparison is the key factor which gives birth to feeling inferior, when we compare ourself with the other ;

He/ she is richer than me,

He/ she is smarter than me,

He/ she is successful than me,

He/ she is intelligent than me and so on…

Every time we do the comparison, we diminish our self esteem. Comparison is a never ending trap.

Accepting our own journey is the antidote.

Focus on self and our own path. We already ARE where we are meant to BE.
