Transformation Thursday:
Being fit and healthy is important for everyone and I believe that our well shaped outlook can give us immense confidence. Here is my fitness story- I had almost lost my hope of being fit when I reached 113 kgs. Before 6 months I didn't care about the fats I was consuming especially in junk food and processed food. I just cared about the taste and the temporary pleasure it gave. Somewhere around mid december'17, I started realizing that I had reached the epitome of laziness. I didn't care to walk even if it meant getting something for myself. If at all I had to wait somewhere for someone, my eyes would spontaneously start searching for chairs or places to sit even if it was just a matter of few minutes. I honestly felt like me being overweight slowed me down in many aspects. I took up a new year resolution to fight my food temptations, laziness and everything which was slowing me down. I enrolled myself at a gym. I am very glad I chose Anytime Fitness(eldams road) .They have wonderful trainers and my trainer Mr. Karthik took immense care of my fitness regime. At the end of January 2018, I realised that I'm in the right place and in the right path because to my utter astonishment I lost 5 kgs in a month which was a very satisfying achievement for a starter like me. Then, in the first week of february 2018 I started following the diet plan suggested by Karthik very religiously. It mainly involves avoiding outside food. This clean diet made me feel more energetic and fresh eventually. Now my weight is 86kgs. I lost 27 kgs in 6 months. I can't thank Karthik and Anytime fitness enough for all the help and encouragement they've bestowed me with. I'm extremely happy with my progress and hope to continue with the same streak. Unfortunately, I am having to move to Banglore for my work but I'm pretty sure I'll continue my workout regime and stick to a clean diet plan forever because I really love how good it makes me feel. It has become an integral part of my day, thanks to the trainers at anytime fitness and to my trainer, Karthik in particular
