🎓 ANOTHER STUDENT. ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF WHY EDUCATION MATTERS.

Congratulations once again, on successfully completing the IQF Level 2 Certified Strength and Conditioning Instructor® certification course at the only officially authorised IUSCA course provider in India.

Santanu is a Post Graduate in Sports Management from Mumbai, has conducted research using R on Manchester United's attacking, defending and goalkeeping performance, and has completed valuable internships involving Kinduct AMS, athletes, coaches, infrastructure and performance environments.
This is what a professional coach should look like:
📚 Education
🔬 Research
🏟️ Practical experience
📊 Data analysis
🎓 Professional accreditation
🌍 International standards

And yet, some “social-media fitness experts” still argue that education isn't important to become a coach.
A physique is not a qualification.
Followers are not a qualification.
Years of lifting weights are not a qualification.
Confidence is not competency.
We want coaches who study, learn, question, research and continuously develop—not random “bro trainers” who think Instagram is their university.
If you're responsible for someone else's performance and health, education isn't optional. It's your responsibility.

🎓 STUDENT REVIEW | NISHANTA BARMAN

Congratulations to my student for successfully completing his Accredited Diploma in Professional Personal Training (aDPPT) Level 5 from Universal Fitness Training Academy (UFTA).
Listen to Nishanta explain why education, proper qualification and professional accreditation matters when designing safe, effective and individualised training programmes.

💡 A great physique can inspire people. But knowledge protects them.
Being a fitness trainer is a profession—not just a passion.
Learn. Get qualified. Practice responsibly.
