Advanced Yogasana Workshop was held at Sree Ramakrishna Asramam hall, Kaloor on 18th April,2026. National Veterans Yogasana Champion and YSAK committee member Sri Biju Karai conducted the class. Participants were given insights on how to train for advanced Yogasana poses, with props as well as in teams.
