How to track your progress.
Tracking progress is the important part of training. Tracking not only helps in the progress check but it also keeps you motivated throughout the process. You can make necessary changes depending on the body response.
Here are the ways to track your progress.
1.check your weight daily on empty stomach and take the average value. As weight fluctuates daily taking average value is a good option. This tracking will tell your progress depending on the deficit or surplus of the diet.
2.Take your body measurements every week. By Taking measurements you can calculate fat mass and lean mass. You have to make sure fat mass is decreasing and lean mass increasing in case if fat loss and in case of muscle gain make sure fat mass is not increasing rapidly.
3. Take pictures. As the body composition changes you will start look different in the mirror so it’s recommended to take pictures with minimal clothes every 10 days.
4. Track your energy level and strength. Fitness is not just about fat loss and muscle gain. As you start exercising whole body strength will improve as well as productive. You will start will more energetic than before. This is also a progress.
