I've been loud and vibrant my whole life, and for years I was told I was "too much."
I tried toning it down. Making myself easier to digest. Smaller. Quieter.. but this wasn't me..

The real shift happened when I decided to own it.
I stopped apologising for my energy, my laughter, my enthusiasm, my sparkle. The people who valued those parts of me stayed. The ones who didn't quietly fell away.

So if you've been told you're "too much," keep your head held high and own your vibration. You don't need to become less to be loved.
The right people will recognise your magic and stick around. ✨

Morning Ritual guaranteed to set you up for the day with calm & focused energy.
YOU COME FIRST before you throw yourself out to the world !!

Now I know it's hard.. but don't touch your phone for the first 30min on rising.. Trust me your diary and friggen emails can wait. 😊

✴️Splash cold water on your face for 30 seconds to shock your nervous system awake.
✴️Open a window or step outside and take 10 deep breaths into your belly. Near nature if you can.
✴️DONT TOUCH YOUR PHONE until you've spent 30min alone !!
✴️Have a black coffee/tea. Sip slowly. Enjoy the rush, write some things down. Enjoy the ideas flowing..
✴️Move your body for 10 minutes — stretch, sway, walk, dance, just move your energy.
✴️Eat breakie. Even if you are not hungry.
Eat for the purpose of setting up your energy for the day.
PROTEIN & CARBS
Greek yoghurt, fruit n honey.
Eggs n potato
Rice n mackerel
Rice & eggs
(No cereal, no toast, no granola, no fruit only, chapati & curd is not enough)

Your energy in the morning is so important to set you up for a good day !!

Wake up
Get up
Light up (means to be lit up with good energy)

Now tomorrow...
Your new morning ritural starts 😉
