The inauguration of the classes was carried out by the Chief Coach and President of the INTERNATIONAL SHOTOKAI KARATE DO Organization, Kyoshi Anupama Mahata.
At this center, participants will not only learn karate Sports but will also be trained in self-defense and physical fitness.
Special emphasis will be given to girls and women.

ISKO, the short form of International SHOTOKAI Karate Do Organization, has selected JOY JUNCTION in Dhanbad as a temporary headquarters Dozo for its activities. With the belief “Unity Through Sports,” ISKO will provide structured training in Karate Sports at this venue.

These classes at JOY JUNCTION have been formally commenced from today.

तनुष्का दत्ता, प्रत्युषा चक्रवर्ती, सुरज कोरा एवं आदित्या कौशल का उम्दा प्रदर्शन

धनबाद :- ईन्टरनेसनल सोतोकाई कराटे डो अर्गानाईजेसन से सम्बन्धता प्राप्त झारखंड युनिट द्वारा धनबाद बलियापुर रोड स्थित भी टी इन्फ्रा परिसर में आयोजित कलर बेल्ट ग्रेडिंग टेस्ट में तिस खिलाड़ियों को विभिन्न कलर बेल्ट में प्रोन्नति दिया गया, यह जानकारी देते हुए एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में ईन्टरनेसनल सोतोकाई कराटे डो अर्गानाईजेसन - झारखंड युनिट प्रमुख शिहान राजा विश्वकर्मा ने बताया कि खिलाड़ियों को अपने योग्यता अनुसार विभिन्न कलर बेल्ट में प्रोन्नति दिया गया, ग्रेडिंग टेस्ट में खिलाड़ियों से बेसिक टेकनिक के अलावा सिलेबस के अनुसार फिटनेस टेस्ट, विभिन्न गेरी (किक्स) जुकी (पंच)) युके (वल्क ) काता (रुप, यह एक प्रकार का गति में ध्यान है जो संतुलन, शक्ति और एकाग्रता को बढ़ाता है) तथा कुमिते (स्पैरिंग) का वारिकी से टेस्ट लिया गया।
ग्रेडिंग टेस्ट का संचालन ईन्टरनेसनल सोतोकाई कराटे डो अर्गानाईजेसन के मुख्य परिक्षक क्योशी अनुपम माहाता ने किया जबकि सहायक के रूप में सेंसई राकेश पांडे, सेंसई संजीव कुमार तथा अंकित विश्वकर्मा थे।

All are successfully passed and became KIO authorize National Judges of the KARATE INDIA ORGANISATION.

*इंटरनेशनल सोतोकाई कराटे डो ओरगानाईजसन का बेल्ट ग्रेडिंग टेस्ट सम्पन्न*

*दिपिका ठक्कर एवं दिपिका हेम्ब्रम का उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन*

धनबाद:- इंटरनेशनल सोतोकाई कराटे डो ओरगानाईजसन के ग्रेडिंग काउंसिल द्वारा धनबाद स्तिथ भी० टी० इन्फ्रा 15 एकड़ परिसर में आज कराटे बेल्ट ग्रेडिंग प्रोग्राम सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हुआ यह जानकारी देते हुए एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में इंटरनेशनल सोतोकाई कराटे डो ओरगानाईजेसन के सचिव शिहान राजा विश्वकर्मा ने बताया कि 48 खिलाड़ियों को कियु ग्रेडिंग टेस्ट में योग्यता के अनुसार विभिन्न कलर‌ बेल्ट में प्रोन्नति दिया गया।
ग्रेडिंग टेस्ट में कराटे खिलाड़ियों का किक पंच के अलावा बेसिक काता *ताकि कियु सिरीज* जो छात्रों को कराटे की बुनियादी चालों और रुख का अभ्यास करने में मदद करता है, तथा *हियेन सिरीज* के काता छात्रों को अधिक जटिल तकनीकों और चालों का अभ्यास करने में मदद करता है, परिक्षण लिया गया।
इसके अतिरिक्त ब्राउन बेल्ट के प्रतिभागियों के लिए *तेकी सोदान, तेकी निदान एवं तेकी सनदान* काता एवं उसके प्रयोग का विस्तार पूर्वक परिक्षण लिया गया।
ग्रेडिंग टेस्ट का संचालन मुख्य परिक्षक वरिष्ठ मार्शल आर्ट प्रशिक्षक तथा इंटरनेशनल सोतोकाई कराटे डो ओरगानाईजेसन के अध्यक्ष क्योशि अनुपम माहाता एवं सहायक मुख्य परिक्षक शिहान राजा विश्वकर्मा, परिक्षक सेंसेई राकेश पाण्डेय, सेंसेई जितु माहतो, सेंसेई संजीव कुमार, सेंसेई अंकित विश्वकर्मा एवं सेंसेई सुरज शर्मा ने किया।

It is a great pleasure for me that KARATE INDIA ORGANISATION have awarded me the black belt 7th dan !
I am quite delighted to announce that I received the Black Belt 7th Dan, from Hanshi Bharat Sharma, Honorable President of the Karate India Organisation. I am grateful to him and I am thankful to all my well-wishers who guided and encouraged me all through my journey.
This achievement came to me after about five decades of dedication, determination, disciplined lifestyle and regular intensive karate training!

Dhanbad:- I am very happy to inform you all that Belt Grading Exam was organized by International Shotokai Karate Do Organization Jharkhand Chapter at V T Infra 15 Acres premises located at Balliapur Road, Dhanbad in which karate players from various dozos (clubs) of Dhanbad District participated.
In the belt grading exam, the karate players mesmerized all the parents present by performing wonderfully as per their ability and following the syllabus of different color belts.
Tests of punches, kicks, stances, kata and kumite were conducted among the players according to the syllabus of different color belts of International Shotokai Karate do Organization (ISKO).
Technical Secretary of ISKO Shihan Raja Vishwakarma and Sensei Ankit Vishwakarma were present as examiners at the Kyu Belt Grading Examination which was conducted by International Shotokai Karate Do Organization (ISKO) Jharkhand chapter , while this Belt Grading Examination was conducted under the supervision of President & Chief Examiner of ISKO Kyoshi Anupam Mahata.
Kyoshi Anupam Mahata, President cm Chief Examiner of International Shotokai Karate Do Organization, congratulated all the successful players and said in his address that karate should be practiced daily,
Practicing karate will improve your stamina, muscle tone, flexibility, sense of balance as well as your overall strength.
Karate provides a total body workout, which helps with weight loss and overall health and fitness.
Learning karate can also improve concentration, karate teaches children values ​like respect, loyalty, humility and honesty,
Karate also develops leadership skills.
He said that
The need for oxygen increases during karate training. Our lung capacity also increases with training, as a result of greater intake of oxygen.After some time, with regular karate training, your cardiovascular capacity will naturally increase, allowing your body to release greater amounts of oxygen into your brain and bloodstream, making you feel more alert, sharp, and prepared. Regular karate practice will, without a doubt, make a significant difference to your energy levels and mood.
From a spiritual perspective, these difficult trials help develop mental fortitude and spiritual strength in the face of adversity. Because of the mental toughness you will develop from Karate, you will be able to tackle any challenge or obstacle and solve any problem that could possibly come our way. It will also help you put your emotions aside and focus on your work.
With regular practice of karate, the state of mind will naturally and gradually become an integral part of you. Self-discipline will give you the strength to stick to your decisions and follow them, and it will make you a trustworthy, reliable person.

It will be written in golden letters in the history of karate sport in India, the credit for which definitely goes to the only visionary administrator who dedicated his entire life to take the karate sport of India to the world arena.
His able leadership, loyalty, dedication, determination, discipline and foresight brought together all the great karate instructors from all the states of the Republic of India on one platform today, which was certainly not only commendable but also an amazing moment.
It is a wonderful national conference organized by the Karate India Organisation under the able leadership of Honb. President of KIO Hanshi Bharat Sharma.
The presence of all the associate members of KIO once again attests to the administrative experience of Honb. President Hansi Bharat Sharma.
In the conference, there was an open discussion on ideas and plans for the overall development of the Karate sport and there was also an exchange of ideas for the betterment of the athletes, coaches and the federation, really it was a wonderful moment.
Once again thank you so much Hanshi Bharat Sharma for organising this mega event.
