ब्रह्म सत्यम जगत मिथ्या | Vedanta philosophy prescribes that Braham(I) is real and the world is fake. As self is never born and died, it is permanent. On the other side the world is full of different energies and is going to be finished one day.
Because of the ignorance we treat physical body as permanent but it dies.
Brahma or the self state is permanent which is absolutely present and will stay unconditionally ✨️ Recognize it 🕉

The human body is made up of Panch Tattva(five elements). As the death reaches to the door, the soul becomes free from the physical body.
The soul which is eternal ✨️ and doesn't die. It changes the body according to the karmic phase.
The body after the death becomes motionless merges into five elements as it was created during the birth.
The people who treat body as permanent, don't live in reality because body has to be ruined one day and has to mix-up into five elements. Contemplate it. 🕉

In Yogic Sadhana Virya(sperm) is considered as a preservation. To preserve it and to live for its safety is called Brahamcharya.
In modern world when people don't have their physical appropriateness and the young generation which is lacking of spirituality, the reason is not to be aware about the power of Virya.
As much a person follows Brahamcharya, that person becomes physically strong and mentally sharp.
In Ayurveda Ghee is defined as a herb to increase the spermcounts. As much a person has more spermcounts, they become healthy and the energy which is always into sleeping mode becomes activated.
Silence is a tool to expand this energy and during Brahamcharya, one should always follow the Silence 🔕
To keep the senses out of the matters and to bring equilibrium inside helps to improve the inner balance.
As one is looking for merging with the supreme, preservation of Virya bring that state of togetherness in which the seer becomes the seen. Contemplate it . OM 🕉

Yogic philosophy accepts the presence of Parmatma(God). Yoga practices are primarily based on three principles which are to formulate the presence of God and these are:
1- Sthool Sarir (physical body);
2- Sukshma Sarir (internal body);
3- Antah karan(Intuitive state).
All yogic practices are based on preparing the physical body. This is the main working in which physical body is controlled and is prepared for having the changes into internal body.
As a person attains stability into physical body, his senses are under control and can move towards the state of awareness. This is the enlightenment stage by which a practitioner is aware about the presence of that divine energy.
As much the person brings the intuition to purify the thoughts, there is a clear picture of merging itself to that divinity.
Whenever there is the query about God, if we can see him, or if we can sense him? The answer is very simple if we can't know our physical body fully, how can we expect to have the experience of sensing God. Try it 🕉

Dhyan is a Sanskrit word which means to be focused. In general terms it's referred to meditation.
For Dhyan there is no specific criteria. It requires only full attention and focus.
A person can practice Dhyan when he is busy in a certain task and can achieve the highest without any disruption.
To reach on the peak, the person needs antrik(internal), and vahya(external) Shanti or peace.
Whoever can maintain these two elements Dhyan is there and there will not be any restriction to find out the best version of yourself. Contemplate it. Hari Om 🕉

Hinduism is very much concerned about detoxification of physical body and the purification of the mental state. In this fasting or Vrat is widely practised for attaining the spiritual growth.
Bishnoism which is a sect of Hinduism and it has 29 rules which were described by Guru Jambhoji.
As he mentioned that on Amavasya(No Moon) there is a deep effect of the lunar energy and it reflects energy on our daily life.
This fasting is done on every Amavasya for giving a rest to the body organs and during this period a person meditates about lord Vishnu.

Vajrasana or Thunderbolt pose! Vajra means an unbreakable weapon and it is also used as a supernatural power to grow into spiritual awakening.
This asana is used since starting where Yogis were using it for attaining Siddhis or magical powers.
Many civilizations also involved Vajrasana in their daily rituals. Japan was the first nation who mixed up practicing Vajrasana specifically during their dinings and very interestingly they live more than 100 years.
In Islam, this pose is used for daily prayers and they also developed an incredible strength on their core region.
The benefits of Thunderbolt pose are unbelievable. It directly supplies the blood on the stomach and helps to digest the food faster.
The people who are suffering from low digestive fire and even who are having trouble of loosing weight, all should find some time to sit in this posture.
If someone can sit in this pose and have their food into this asana would never have any digestive ailment. We all should try to sit in this asana for few minutes everyday.

Kapala is concerned with the head in our body. This is a traditional yogic practice to activate our thyroid gland.
This kriya is done to expand the lungs with a deep inhalation and to make Kumbhaka(pause) during that retention. Finally to squeeze the cheek muscles. During Rechaka or exhalation we make a long exhalation to release all the pressure from the lungs.
This Pranayama is excellent for developing strength to the lungs and people who are suffering from Thyroid disorders may bring this practice into daily routine.
As a beginner you should start it 3-5 rounds and after having all the knowledge about it should extend the numbers till 11.
Try this pranayama for a glowing face and to extend the life. Hari Om 🕉️
