HEALTHY HUMANS LIVE TO 120 YEARS BY RIGHT DIET.EXERCISE.THOTS.SLEEP.PEACE...FAUJA SINGH had an active life as a farmer in India till age 80...then he migrated to UK after death of his wife...his son him took him to uk to avoid lonliness...fauja sat at home and watched tv but soon got bored, so early morning he started going to the nearby park...watching people jog and run he started same...with practise he became better each day...same food.sleep.thots but new form of exercise n fitness...he was soon coached by a runner to run short marathons...by age 88 he clocked 6hrs 30mins approx for full marathon...by age 92 he clocked 6 hours and by age 96 clocked 5 hrs 30 mins...so the old man was getting younger day by day...but ageing is part of life...so by age100 he quit full marathons and ran shorter 10kms...so all vital organs are fit n healthy...the soul. mind.brain.body self repairs and flourishes...I asked him about his s*x organs...he said all were in good shape but social pressures did not allow a new woman at this age...I laughed and told him to br a free man...God never said one man one woman...he laughed...he eats small meals daily, has a great se se of humour, thinks positively, but is lonely still...I and Univishwa researchers wud like to do full research on such humans...everyday i meet over 100 year men and women from two generations ago who have all teeth intact and all organs ok...how? ...they never ate junk foods...packaged.frozen.cold storage.off season.chemical based preservatives.artificial colours.flavours.seasonings.refined sugars.starches.salts.vitamin supplements.pills.sodas.bakeing powders.yeast.etc...just ate God made pure diets.so at univishwa ecoville we eat only what is grown n cooked in front of our eyes...we chew raw sugarcane in season.eat raw seasonal fruits and edible veges.herbs.spices.drink raw coconuts.lime juice only.fruits are eaten fully.we cook on wood fires in clay pots just dinner! So pure diet.exercise.sleep.thots.peace.period.
