Squats are not bad for your knees.
Overhead press‘s are not bad for your shoulders.
Broomstick flying is not bad for your grundle.
Candidly, I don’t know if broomstick flying is grundle-friendly or not.
I only used that as an example because now you’ve spent, at least, a moment wondering whether or not flying a broomstick would irritate your grundle.
You might have even thought of a broomstick or flying technique modification to protect your grundle from chafing or other maladies of the sort.
Anyway.
Point is this.
There’s no such thing as an inherently bad exercise.
Except for jumping weighted single-leg bosu ball shake weight thruster mc flurries.
That is a bad exercise.
There are some people in some situations that might not be ready or able to do an exercise safely.
But that doesn’t mean they won’t be able to do it down the road. And it doesn’t mean that exercise is bad for everyone.
As always, listen to your body.
Because more important than what anyone says, is how you feel.
Especially your grundle.

Sometimes motivation is the key..... Posted • U cant always stay motivated, there are days when u feel nothing is going right..u doubt yourself, your abilities...u even doubt your will to do things, u doubt everything that used to give u push...but thats how life is, thats how things are...The only way to keep yourself going is to not to stop and keep doing what you are doing without looking for any extrinsic motivation or even intrinsic...do it as a habit and you will see things changing and changing in your favor...so the motto n the moral of the story irrespective of anything just keep moving....
