You all know about protein,we all have to eat protein for muscle growth and better functioning.

-Eating protein triggers 2 fat burning harmones:-
1. growth Harmone
2. Glucagon

It helps in dissolving body fat but it must not exceeds the moderate quantity!

But why?

Because while on a fat loss mode Eating too much of protein can stress down your liver coz it takes a good amount to breakdown the same.

-Protein should be of high quality most of the people use soy or cheap protein powder which is not good for body.

Add grass fed protein (Chicken,Fish,Eggs and some Dairy products) to provide some high quality stuff.

-Add enough vegetables to get rid the waste of the acid from the protein(Excess protein waste).
Fibres have some exception! (Will discuss it later).

Now the final and the main thing is you have TO RESTRAIN THE CARBOHYDRATES CONSUMPTION.
Because as long as you provide glucose to your body,It will never go in the Fat burning zone!
