Yep, a good stretch! Add some Yoga Stretches to your Workouts.

Here's what you got to do:

1. Lying Hamstring Stretches (Both Legs)
2. Lying Torso Twists
3. Downward Dog
4. Upward Dog
5. Child's Pose

Do these post workout. Remember to Stay Home! Stay Safe!

We have completed 13 Days of the Lockdown, but have you given yourself 13 Reasons to workout?

Here's a small 5 min - Plank Workout with Variations to strengthen that core:

1. Full Plank - 1 Min
2. Elbow Plank - 30 Secs
3. One Leg Raised Plank - 1 Min (30 Secs each leg)
4. Side Plank - 1 Min (30 Secs each side)
5. Full Plank - 30 Secs
6. Elbow Plank - 1 Min

Feel free to take 5-10 Sec breaks as per your level. You can reduce the time for each as well.

Remember to do this session at your own level of fitness.
