It was a wonderful experience to conduct a Senior Leadership Program on "Cultivating Visionaries: Leadership Development for Today's Academic World", a focused leadership development program organized by LPU Human Resource Development Centre (), Lovely Professional University () for its Academic and Administrative Leaders, at Gaj Resort (Radisson Hotel Group), Garhshankar.

Leaders explored the difference between equality (giving everyone the same support) and equity (providing the right support based on individual needs), helping them strengthen inclusivity within teams and departments through a blend of experiential learning, leadership assessments, and reflective conversations.

The program also introduced the qualities of a servant leader—including empathy, listening, stewardship, humility, foresight, and commitment to people's growth—which formed the foundation for a service-driven leadership mindset.

Delighted to conduct yet another workshop on Executive Presence – Campus to Corporate TATA Power Mumbai, with brilliant professionals so full of energy and enthusiasm.

The workshop was combination of experiential learning with reflective practices, activities, role plays, simulations, role plays gamified challenges, fun filled quizzes to foster leadership skills, stronger team bonds, encourage creativity, foster self- awareness & collaboration through engaging activities that balance fun and serious learnings.
