Rope Skipping Association of Jammu & Kashmir proudly collaborated with the Sports Authority of India (SAI), Jammu and the Fit India Movement to conduct an exciting Rope Skipping session during the Sundays on Cycle programme held at MA Stadium, Jammu.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from fitness enthusiasts, cyclists, and young skippers who showcased their skills and promoted the importance of an active and healthy lifestyle. The Rope Skipping activity added energy and excitement to the programme while encouraging people of all age groups to adopt fitness through fun and engaging sports activities.
