Match summary
Today match was something special and we played some exceptional.cricket particularly while second half of the match and we were in total control of the game and all players played their part very well and we were the strong favourites during the entire length of match.
We won the toss and elected to bat first and Nitish our stylish batsman started the innings in his usual attacking way along with Shubham and made 35 runs in 6 overs but after that there were some flurry of wickets and from a strong position from 63 for 4 we suddenly find ourselves at 69 for 7 with Negi Sumit and Rinka went within few balls and we were struggling then Dimpy who knows the situation very well and take us out in many occasions in the past and same thing he did in a very exciting and calculated manner and guided Rahul to stitch a great partnership of 65 runs in 7 overs and allowed us to reach 134 for 8 when Rahul got run out of last ball of the innings.
Giving opponents a target of 135 runs.
While defending the total the innings started by Dimpy who is accurate and spot on right from first ball and made the scars in the mind of opponents and trouble the batsman.
Sumit also came in colours and took the wicket in next over.
Then in 4th over again another wicket went to.sumit.
And there was a bowling change in 5th over to bring in Negi and Mayur to bowl in tandem for another spell and bowled bowled with lot of discipline and accuracy and ball rose from no man's land giving batsman the chin music to listen.
Dimpy was brought in 9th over when Shubham arrived and he was brought in for Shubham and Dimpy picked up the prized wicket and the ploy beautifully executed.
Till 10th over of bowling we followed the same bowling restrictions and only 2 players outside the circle talks about the great accuracy and control our bowlers bowled.
I brought in to bowl myself in 11th over and accounted for 1st wicket of the 2 wickets came with a ball loops over the batsman and keeper Rinka did the rest.
With Naveen shekhawat came into crease and again brought back Dimpy to greet him and with pace and batsman was so horrified that he ask for his guards like helmet and thigh guard etc.
Next over i accounted for Naveen shekhawat with a slow disguised typical Legge and Rinka did the stumping with Naveen half way down the pitch.
And now the game was almost over and and opponents needed 50 off 30 with 2 wickets in hand.
Finally the last 2 wickets could add up few runs to give us a win off 18 runs with last batsman got out cleaned up by negi on the last ball.
Great game after long time.
