Wheelchair Rugby Federation of India is Affiliated to "Paralympic Committee of India" and "Indian Rugby Football Union". Wheelchair Rugby is a mixed team sport for male and female quadriplegic athletes. A unique sport created by athletes with a disability, it combines elements of rugby, basketball and handball. Wheelchair Rugby players compete in manual wheelchairs specifically designed for the sp

ort. Players with Spinal Cord Injury, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, amputations, polio and other neurological conditions can participate in Wheelchair Rugby. Men and women compete on the same teams and in the same competitions. WRFI has conducted 4 National Championship and our National Team has participated in 4 International Wheelchair Rugby Tournaments. Our Team is currently ranked 25th amongst all participating countries. For Donations:
