Barbell bent over rowing.

1. The bent-over barbell row is a compound movement, which means it involves the movement of two or more joints.

2. Keeping your back straight, adopt a more upright stance, with your torso at a 30-45Β° angle to the floor. Row the bar towards your lower abdominals, pausing at the top of the movement to squeeze your lats.

3. Breathing use ( Valsalva maneuver breathing technique).

4.Always move the barbell in a
straight up and down motion .

5.. In the line of gravity.

Primary muscles used for bent-over row :
Latissimus Dorsi.
Rhomboids.
Trapezius muscles.
Posterior deltoids.
