Job Description: Football Coach
Football Coach for our multi-sports academy in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Plan and deliver structured training sessions for students at various skill levels.
- Develop players’ technical, tactical, and physical skills in football.
- Track player development and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere on and off the field.
*Qualifications:*
- Minimum 2 years of coaching experience.
- Football-specific coaching certifications (AIFF D-License or higher/ NIS or equivalent certification).
- Proven experience as a football player (preferably at a competitive level like district, state, or national leagues).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, especially with children and teenagers.
*Options:*
1. *Full-Time (School + Academy):**
- Salary: ₹30,000-40,000per month from the school + ₹12,000 - ₹30,000 from the academy (depending on experience and qualifications).
2. *Academy-Only:*
- Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month plus bonuses (depending on experience and qualifications).
Prefereably from Bareilly or around.
