Shavasana - Co**se pose

Also considered as most difficult asana. Students who can happily balance, bend, and twist through the rest of class struggle with just lying on the floor.
The reason is art of relaxation is harder than it looks.

So remember its okay to take a break, watch your breathing, take it easy and relax time to time. Recharge yourself and get going...😊👍
