Dear All,

It’s wises saying that “ The Blueprint of Success is drafted first in MIND before being realised to the world”.

A very good live example is Rakhee, a very good student of The Gym, Roshnara Road. She’s highly motivated and determined to achieve the physical transformation (Though was not greatly needed).

Under the guidance of Vinay Sharma (Bhaiya) and focused coaching of Pawan Singh, she’s achieved not only the targeted physical transformation but more importantly the mental one.

Victory of the outside world is valuable but of the self is precious, ably and successfully proven by Rakhee.

Time and again, women/girls/ladies, have proved that they are not only the beautiful creation of God but are no less than infact superior to men.
With the grace of God and divine blessings of Dronacharya awardee Sh Bhupender Dhawan ji (guruji), I am very fortunate and privileged to have some of such wonderful ladies/girls achievers in my gym at Dronacharya The Gym.

With the blessings of supreme, Guru Ji Sh. Bhupender Dhawan Ji 🙏, my student and friend, Naveen Chauhan Ji achieved a big mark by making 2nd rank in Master's Category in All India Inter The Gym Deadlift Championship. He proved that age doesn't matter if you are focused and determined about fitness. He is not just health concious but participating professionally in competitions also. He is regular, very serious and better then anyone else in gym.
We wish him all the very best for his fitness endeavour and wish he remain associated with our gym forever.

Saturday special complete body circuit training followed by 5 edurance sets of pushups (lower half 50 reps each set), squats (lower half 50 reps each set) and shoulder dumbbell press (12kgx15 reps + 10kgx15 reps + 7.5 kgx15 reps) having 20 sec rest only. It needed both power and and stamina to make it upto last and all six did it sincerely. To break the monotonous routine and shock your muscles to keep growing you have to do something you never did before.
