BRICS International Forum hosts High-Level “Roots and Echoes of BRICS Civilization” Dialogue in New Delhi at the sidelines of 18th BRICS Summit 2026
On Friday, 11th September 2026, on the eve of the 18th BRICS Summit in New Delhi, the BRICS International Forum hosted “The Quorum – Roots and Echoes of BRICS Civilization – Vision for Future” at Le Méridien, Janpath, New Delhi.
The stratagic high-level dialogue brought together international delegates, business representatives, media and distinguished Indian guests around people-to-people diplomacy, civilizational heritage, business cooperation, innovation and a shared future. The programme was part of the Forum’s celebration of 20 Years of BRICS Unity.
Purnima Anand, President, BRICS International Forum, opened the programme with a welcome address to international delegates and Indian dignitaries.
The guest list included Rajendra Kumar Miglani, Chairman, Uttam Galva Ferrous Limited; Leonardo de Rezende Attuch, Founder & CEO, Brasil 247 and Vice President, Brazil Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Mikhail Cherapinov, Chairman, IM BRICS Municipality Organization, Russia; Sergey Ladochkin, President, BRICS House; Pavel Charnetsky, Financial Director, LLC “ProSerdtse”; Puneet Agarwal, General Manager (Business Planning), SAIL; Natalia Kozina Yurievna, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Donetsk People’s Republic; Leyla Turayanova, Head of India Projects, Department for International Cooperation; and Inga Davydova, Head of RT’s Branch Office in India.
A major business highlight was the reported MoU / collaboration engagement between Rajendra Kumar Miglani of Uttam Galva Ferrous Limited and Suren Goyal of RPS, focusing on financial / corporate cooperation and opportunities linked with modern steel and industrial cooperation.
The programme also featured a cultural and spiritual dimension, including a special address by Shri Pawan Shri Ji, described at the programme as a disciple of Swami Kailashanand Ji.
The gathering took place amid a major BRICS diplomatic week in New Delhi, including the 11th September meeting between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin and the arrival of UN Secretary-General António Guterres for the Summit.
