Flashback to June, Ahmedabad 🧘‍♀️

The EKA Arena played host to a piece of history the inaugural World Yogasana Championship 2026. Five days, 522 athletes, 79 countries, all competing across disciplines from traditional yogasana to artistic pairs and rhythmic events.

And when it all wrapped up, the hosts stood alone at the top. India closed out the championship with 114 medals 102 of them gold fielding a 122-member contingent across six age categories, from sub-juniors as young as 10 to seniors up to 55.

A landmark moment for a sport that's only just beginning to find its place on the global stage
