I said What I said. (read below 😌)
It's been long time coming but finally it had to be put up by someone 😌
It's high time BCCI and Selectors transition the team into new leadership with Smriti Mandhana (full time Vice-Captain for around 6-7 years) who's also the most eligible leader to lead this team at the moment performing at her absolute best for last 3 years must immediately take charge from WC winning captain Harmanpreet kaur who has led the team for 8+ years now. The growth has been there under Kaur's tenure but it has been really stagnant in last couple of years except the WC 2025 TRIUMPH.
And I see almost nobody openly talk about this change which is needed and compulsory to change at the right time or our team India will suffer very bad.
