There's something called False Declarative or False Intention. These terms are to describe bold statements or questions that almost promise results..
They are like HEADLINES like:
Build muscle in five easy Steps!
Want to lose Fat Fast?
The best diet for immediate Results !
Want rock solid Abs Fast?
Sound familiar?
I call them FITNESS FAIRYTALES.
The fitness industry is filled with them and on average they make up 51% of headlines you will find in fitness magazines.
FITNESS FAIRYTALES sounds great but most over promise and under deliver.
Bullet pointing short, snappy instructions for us to obey but they fail to teach us even the most basic rules of fitness.
Stay away from such Headlines.
Believing in Fairytales won't Get you Fit.
