1:-सुबह उठते ही (6 से 7) baje tak 1 ग्लास गुनगुना पानी + नीबू या एक गिलास पानी में एक चम्मच शहद

2:- नस्ता (8 se 9) baje 2 उबले अंडे + 1 ब्राउन ब्रेड या ओट्स + दूध + थोड़े फल या मूंग दाल चिल्ला + हरी चटनी

साथ मे: ग्रीन टी या ब्लैक कॉफ़ी (बिना चीनी)

मिड मॉर्निंग स्नैक (11 बजे) 1 कटोरी फल (तरबूज़, खरबूजा, पपीता)या नारियल पानी

दोपहर का खाना (1 se 2 ) बजे 1-2 रोटी (मल्टीग्रेन) 1 कटोरी दाल या ग्रिल्ड चिकेन 1 कटोरी सब्जी सलाद (खीरा, टमाटर)

शाम का स्नैक (4-5) baje ग्रीन टी + भुने चने या स्प्राउट्स सलाद

रात का खाना (7-8) baje 1 कटौरी दाल + सब्जी या पनीर/टोफू + सलाद या सूप (मिक्स वेज/ चिकेन)

Har Monday ek nayi beginning jaisa lagta hai (o
“New month, new me” but kuch change hi nahi hota .

Sach ye hai, -change tab start hota hai jab excuses khatam mooted hain.

2. Excuses banane wala /wali
“Time nahi hai “ Bahut thak gaya/gayi hoon “”Aaj mann nahi hai.”
Lekin scrolling, chai break aur Netflix ke liye time hamesha mil jaata hai

3. Diet experiment karne wala /wali
Monday :Healthy breakfast
Tuesday: Detox drink
Wednesday: strict diet C
Thursday:Phir cravings
Fat loss ka secret consistency mein hai, baat - baat nayi
diet try karne Mai nahi.

4. “Mujhai sab pata hai “wala insaan
