When there was nothing, There was Sound. That sound is mentioned as Naad in the Ancient yogic texts.

Taking out the Ancient yogic practice of the science of Naad yoga, Shri Navdeep joshi ji spreading the knowledge and awareness of the practicality of Naad yoga and impacting the society.
Naad yoga simply means to live in present with the help of Sound Meditation.
