3: You don't have a clear goal:

4: You're avoiding the weightlifting area:
As the devices are very useful in focusing on muscles, also hot iron helps you in strengthening, so play both and of course you have a coach who teaches you the right performance ЁЯТк

6: You eat anything at any time:
Exercise will starve you more, so take care of the food you eat after exercise ЁЯеЧ
