Tennis skill level: Started playing tennis at the age of 10. Took tennis as a profession. Participated at various International and National tournaments. Coached at IIT-Roorkee and various other institution. Winner of State Championships.

Officiate Commonwealth 2010 at New Delhi.

Piyush Bhardwaj : Head Coach.
Tennis skill level: Started career in tennis as a player and now actively involved in tennis as a profession. Participated at various State Tournaments.ITF level 1 coach (A. I.T. A level 3 certified coach)

Officiate various State Tournaments.

Arpit Gupta:Senior Coach.
Tennis skill level:Started playing tennis at the age of 8, winner of many state level junior tournaments and junior aita tournaments. ITF level 1(AITA level 3 certified coach)

Training Programs

The Doon Tennis Academy experienced coaching team offer a comprehensive programme including group lessons and one-to-one individual lessons catering for tennis players of all ages and abilities. DIrector of coaches Pradeep Pant supervises a diverse coaching programme catering for the absolute beginner right through to the more experienced player. Our extensive coaching services include:

Junior Coaching

The Doon Tennis Academy has a thriving junior coaching programme with over 50 players.

The group lesson courses enable juniors to learn all the techniques and tactics needed to improve their game in addition to learning the rules of tennis.

Adult Coaching

We offers a very popular and lively adult coaching programme catering for all abilities from absolute beginner to advanced players.

Hitting

We also offer "Hitting” programme. This gives players the opportunity to have additional hitting time with a more experienced player at a reduced cost.

Our hitters are trained coaches and they are there to provide more practice time for juniors and many work alongside the main coaches to help in the development of the player. It is a fantastic opportunity for any standard of players and is available throughout the week at the academy.

Individual Lessons

Individual tennis lessons are often crucial for a player’s development in tennis, allowing the pupil to choose the area of focus and work at their own pace. We have a great coaching team with two experienced coaches available for coaching throughout the week.
