From dreams to discipline to destiny — ISSF Level A Pistol Coach.
This milestone is rooted in the love, sacrifices, and blessings of my parents—my beloved mother, Mrs. Madhu Marwah, and my late father, Shri S. M. Marwah, whose values, discipline, and guidance continue to light my path every single day.
Today, in Doha, I officially completed my ISSF Level A Coaching License in Pistol Shooting—the highest level of coaching certification in our sport. To be among the few from India to reach this level is a moment of deep pride, humility, and responsibility. This journey reflects years of learning, failures, persistence, resilience, and unshakable belief in the process.
This achievement was shaped by the exceptional guidance of the ISSF A Course instructors: Vesa Nissinen, Karoliina Nissinen, Susan Nattrass, Agathi Kassoumi, Emil Duchanov, John Leighton-Dyson, Nektarios Stavrou, Jack Bale, James Galea, and Russell Mark—your leadership, precision, and passion strengthened my coaching foundation.
The course was enriched by world-class masterclasses. Olympic Champion Vincent Hancock shared what winning is truly made of, Ray Bassil offered deep insight into the athlete–coach relationship, and Pierre Beauchamp spoke on modern coaching and high-performance systems.
One full day was dedicated to World Cup Final field research, followed by mixed-discipline team presentations—an outstanding experience in teamwork and applied learning.
My heartfelt thanks to my National Federation, the National Rifle Association of India, for constant support. Special thanks to Luciano Rossi, Mr. Alessandro, and the leadership of the ISSF and ISSF Academy for their powerful global vision.
This success belongs to my family, my shooters, and everyone who stood beside me when no one was watching.And to the 40 incredible coaches from across the world—what began as a course has become a lifelong family. Truly grateful to walk this path with you all.
What I carry forward now is a greater responsibility—to build stronger systems, sharper performance, and better-prepared Indian athletes.
The title is earned. The mission has just begun. 🎯
